Sometimes they have great products but you might not get what you ordered becasue someone isnt paying attention
I’ve been a fan and loyal customer of Kushagram for many years now. I just ordered a Blem 1/8th and received flower packaged from almost a year ago ( 11 months). I smoke daily and certainly can tell the difference between fresh and dry flower. I was shocked to receive such old weed and requested Kushagram to exchange my unopened jar for something fresher. I would never otherwise pay for such old grass in store and expected a better understanding when asking to be helped.
Unfortunately, I was denied and told by KG the weed wasn’t “expired”. I’m extremely disappointed with my customer service and KG’s lack of accountability. With buying plenty of thousands worth of product, I truly hoped they would make this situation right. Instead of being cool about super old weed for $50 bucks and satisfying your loyal customer, you have now ultimately lost a customer for life. I’m done guessing what weed will arrive from KG and hope they begin to treat their loyal customer better. Thank you!
