Service is excellent and fast, unfortunately the quality of the product is the issue. You guys don’t seem to carry any of the quality brands and rather have a huge selection of mid to low tier weed. Overall, useful but not impressive.

I order ALL THE TIME, normally five or six cartridges at a bump. I've been doing this for years and have RARELY had an issue. I ordered FIVE cartridges last time on Oct 31st and the Konez brand came in new packaging. The first three I used were fine except YOUR KUSHAGRAM cart clogged almost right away (stopped ordering these because of this issue and thought I'd try again...no dice). When I opened the fourth the other day, KONEZ GREEN APPLE SLUSHIE, the mouthpiece was unscrewed and half the oil was all over the place which included myself!! In any case, I JUST places a new order and called Customer Service to see if the drive could replace the faulty product with a new one. He said I only had THREE DAYS (??!!) to return something. He said I'm supposed to open each one and check. THAT IS AN ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THING TO SAY. I open them as I need them so they are fresh and can been hung or kept neat away from family. I could barely hear him and he did not give two shits. I am sad that thus is how I am treated after YEARS of loyal service to Kushagram. I told him thanks for the horrible CS and that YOU have ROBBED me of $15. Still cannot believe that this is how you do business. Well, look forward to my carts coming today. Guess I'll have to ruin their packages??!! Blah. Have a nice day.
