One of the carts I ordered came in super low like it wasn’t filled enough or it was used prior to getting delivered but the seal was closed and doesn’t look used so I think it’s just a product thing, some have come low in the past but this one takes the cake. Just about half way empty for a NEW cart is just sad to me.
