Delivery guy was great. It was the product that was subpar. Container lids seem to not be made correctly & don't close properly. I picked up the container by the lid but the lid came right off with no twisting & dropped my product on the floor. I checked the container & the lid would not catch the threads at all. Due to the faulty design, it caused quite a bit of the infused product to be lost & ended up spending half an hour picking dog hair off my prerolls. Very disappointed. I would rather have the Jetpacks brand back.

Driver and delivery was fine but the customer service chicks that work the phones couldn’t be more unfriendly and rude to the point where in mid question they just hang up on you.

Concentrates were delivered upside down so most leaked into the cap making it unusable. Now let’s talk about the ridiculous menu. I will get text messages daily showing specials, but when you go on the website, those specials are nonexistent. I guess that only applies if you go into a dispensary. Not only that on the delivery menu it states if you can buy one product you can get another one for $20 off or $10 off saving you a little bit of money on overpriced cannabis. The problem is the driver’s only carry one piece so you’re Not able to get the deals that they have on their website this is false advertisement, and in most companies they would be held liable, but because this company is not held to high standards, not only do they not care about their customers, but their customer service is appalling. I just called to ask why it’s like this and was told I would have to buy one sativa and one Indica as a neurodivergent person with ADHD and autism. I cannot use sativa. This is medication and people should be able to choose the medication that works for them. The drivers only carrying one item per order is ridiculous as I was a driver for the same company years ago, and we had more than one item on our person. The customer service representatives are not only rude. They will literally hang up on you as you are asking question. Idk how it’s still operating with all the problems we have incurred using this delivery service. It has gone way down since its launch.
