Driver got lost finding my house, she text me and said she was here but she was at the wrong location so she said be right there cause she was a few streets over. 2 hours later I text them to see where they are and they say they cancelled my order they were having a hard time finding my home and now due to lack of product they had to cancel my order and move on to the next customer. This is now 9:00 at night, I called support and they were amazing and she told me what was missing in my order and replaced it with something else and had a driver at my house within the hour. All the driver had to do was communicate with me about the missing product like they have done the past 10 years!! Instead she cancels my order and then tells me the real reason is she couldn't find my house which would be the first time in 10 years. The only downfall after customer service helped was that the Alive and well replacement cart didn't work but it was after the 3 days so I just let it go. I have used you guys since day 1 and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing weed. Sincerely, Amber
