It's common for me to have to go outside to the delivery person's car, even though I always select deliver to the door. Usually, I let it go as this company's usual drivers park as close to my apartment as they can and always engage in great conversation with me if something is preventing them from doing the actual door delivery. Today was none of that. The driver parked at the opposite end of my building and when I found his car and waved hello to the driver he refused to lower his window and just stared at me. Once I went to the back and checked that the car parked there was my delivery person, I could hear his voice coming from the passenger window which for some reason he decided to open and do the transaction from. I'm very disappointed in the lack of care from the driver to find my apartment, go to my door (or just park near it), and when I come out engage with me instead of remaining silent. I hope whatever is bugging him personally doesn't come off as rudeness to others because that's how I honestly felt in my short but frustrating time dealing with this driver.
