Yes I would just like to say your driver has been to my house the last 3 to 4 times and is a total pleasure to have. He is great very kind and a pleasure to have delivered to me. the cereal milk pod yall gave me was broken out of the box, tried super heating it, tried tooth picking it, tried waiting a couple of days in case of a clog, still nothing, super bummed waste of 25 bucks, usually doesnt happen with your pods

the stiiizy papaya punch concentrate was upside down in the bag when i got it and it melted together. making the color of the wax turn darker and have a more sticky consistency. couldn’t get it off my dab tool or hot knife. other than that the other items were fine
