This is the third delivery I have received with tampered products! First two were opened flower jars with the flower switched to cheaper dirty flower that is not what’s supposed to be in the jar and all seals/stickers already broken! Now, against my better judgement, I decided to give them another chance, I order a rove vape, and I open it to inspect at the delivery car since they say that’s why I couldn’t be refunded the last two times(as if I’m supposed to open every product I order in the middle of the street while hunched over to a car window with a wad of cash in hand?!) Pen looks fine upon quick open and inspection…as soon as I get inside to take it all the way out of the package, the entire cart has leaked all over and the pen is on and I can smell the liquid everywhere, total unusable disaster with half the cart empty. Kushagram has done little to remedy these tampered and failed purchases I’ve made and instead made it out to be my problem/fault. There’s a lot of deliveries and dispensaries around, I recommend shopping elsewhere like I will from now on! To be treated like this after years of loyal purchasing is absurd, and I’m done with these fools smfh

Ordered a Bloom cartridge which I assumed came with a battery. It did not. Had to place a second order and the batteries did not work with the vape. C'mon Kushagram, please stock and sell compatible batteries for the vape cartridges. Surely thats not hard? CW.
