Ordered this 3 separate times and this last delivery I got was terrible. The product arrived and it looked visibly darker than the last two times I got it, and the taste was disgusting. The cart itself just tasted burnt. I'm assuming it was left out in the sun because Ive seen carts left out that look exactly like that. I reached out to support but they said that the cart should still be valid. They did tell me to check the expiration date but it was still valid. I know that their drivers carry around the product in their cars and I'm sure It gets hot in there which ends up damaging the product. I've gotten raw garden grams of wax from them before and instead of it being a budder consistency it was more like sugar. I wish they would provide their drivers with better equipment to store the products. It sucks to consistently spend money with a company but not get consistent quality within the product they're selling. Giving them another try but it's pretty much Russian roulette at this point if your products will be fine or not
