The disposable vape pen didn't work when I opened it. I tried to charge it, and the light came on while charging, but would not work at all...went online for any instructions to see if I was missing something, but was supposed to work as soon as you pull, and it never did. :( I do have to add that your delivery people are always very good, and typically everything works...but just a few times where I've gotten defective products.
