Placed an express order at 11:04am was told it would be delivered by 11:47am then it changed to 11:28am then it went to 12:47pm and finally 1:04pm if I would have known that the express menu and delivery was going to take over 2 hours I would have ordered from the full menu it even says most item delivered in under an hour worst experience I’ve had with them to date they need to work on the commmunication and being on time

I placed an order at 11:22am off the express menu , thinking it would get here faster but I was mistaken because it took them 1 hour and 20 minutes just to give me an update on my order. I still had to wait another 30 mins when I got the kushagram text message just for my order to get here. The ETA kept on switching from 11:17am to 11:47am which was weird because it was already past 12. The lack of urgency makes this unacceptable because I could have order from the extended menu if I knew you guys would take this much time. It doesn’t make sense to have an express menu if your drivers are going to take just as long as an extended menu delivery.
